Brian Graney, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
Mr. Graney joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in February 2017 as Vice President of Fund Management. Mr. Graney is responsible for managing the upper-tier projections used in OCCH's multi-investor and proprietary investor housing tax credit funds and helping to structure OCCH funds to meet targeted yields. Prior to joining OCCH, he was Director of Acquisitions at Scioto Properties where he assisted with managing a nationwide portfolio of residential real estate devoted to individuals with disabilities. For more than three years, Mr. Graney also served as Associate and Assistant Vice President at Lancaster Pollard where he was responsible for underwriting and processing FHA/FNMA/USDA agency debt transactions in the affordable housing and healthcare sectors. Mr. Graney holds his Juris Doctorate, cum laude and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Adam Diehl, Red Capital Markets, LLC
Adam Diehl joined RED Capital Markets, LLC, in January 2018 as Vice President. Mr. Diehl services clients nationwide with a special focus on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions and is responsible for helping clients evaluate their financing options, in addition to all underwriting and closing details. Prior to joining RED, Mr. Diehl was with Lancaster Pollard, an affiliate of RED Capital Group, where he focused his efforts on affordable and market-rate housing, providing client guidance and support on a range of mortgage loans for rehabilitations, new construction and refinance projects. His experience with financing programs such as Fannie Mae, FHA, and low-income housing tax credits allows him to creatively combine financing options to achieve the most cost-effective outcome for non-profit developers, for-profit affordable housing developers and market rate housing providers on capital structures and financing. Mr. Diehl received his Bachelor's in Finance with a minor in Economics from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He holds a Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, Series 65, the Municipal Securities Representative, Series 52 and the Investment Banking Representative Examination, Series 79.
